How early should I get to my child's appointment?
Please arrive for your child's appointment 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled time, in case we need to update or confirm your information, insurance, etc.

How do I transfer dental records?
If you need to transfer your child's dental records to another provider, please contact your local Broad Smiles Pediatric & Orthodontics practice. Our teams are happy to assist!

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept most major insurances and are in-network with Aetna, Dental Dental, Humana, MetLife, and others. To confirm your coverage, please contact us!

How long does an appointment take?
Appointment times can vary, depending on your child's individual oral health needs. A routine checkup or cleaning usually takes a half an hour to one hour, but more complex treatments may take longer.

What do I need to bring to my child's first appointment?
Please bring your insurance information (if using insurance), a list of any medical conditions your child has, and a list of any medications your child is currently taking.
